List the execution IDs of one filtered, sorted runs-table page
IDs of the executions on the requested page, in the page’s order.
Accepts the same filters/sort the runs table sends over the WebSocket
set_page_view frame and applies the identical mapping, so the IDs are
exactly the rows the table shows. POST because the metadata filter is
nested and does not fit query parameters.
